TIP: How To Cook Perfect Rice
Cook large amounts at once and freeze or refrigerate the left-overs for quick vegetable fried rice and to add to soups and other dishes. Reheating rice without a microwave is easy as well. Just add a tablespoon or two of water to a pot of rice, cover tightly and heat on a low flame for about 5 minutes or so, the steam will heat the rice without overcooking it.
