We Make It Easy To Cook and Eat Real Food

Who has time to spend hours in the kitchen every single day? So many of us think we have to resort to prepackaged convenience foods or take-out food to feed our families.  However, with some planning (which we have done for you) it is possible to feed your family healthy, cooked-from-scratch real foods every day without spending hours over a hot stove.  Follow our tips and soon you will be spending less time in the kitchen, eating fabulous food, feeling full of energy, saving some grocery money and possibly loosing weight. You may even find yourself connecting with local sustainable farmers and other "real foodies".

Getting Started Tips

  • Only shop once a week.  Our shopping list makes it easy to plan ahead for the whole week, no need to rush back to the grocery store at the last moment.
  • Take an hour or so every week to do food prep.  Food prep tips are part of your weekly menu mailer.  This way getting dinner on the table will be a snap every night and it can be ready in less then 30 minutes.
  • Take advantage of the freezer meal recipes included every week.  Double or triple the recipe and freeze.  After a few weeks you will have enough frozen (homemade) meals for a week or more with barely any extra work. Even if you are having "one of those days" you know that you will still be able to have a nutritious home cooked dinner on the table in no time at all.
  • Always, always have washed and cut salad greens and veggies on hand (this is part of our weekly food prep schedule).  You can put together a salad in 30 seconds that way and convenience foods will be less of a temptation.
